Refund policy

All prints and frames are made for you, therefore all orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept exchanges if your frame was damaged upon arrival. Our shipping carrier requires a damaged order to be reported within 7 days of receipt, so please be sure to take photos and keep the print (as this may be needed to process your claim) and email us within this timeframe at support@sealightprintshop.com.
