How long will it take to receive my print?

All our products will be shipped via Fed Ex, within 2-3 weeks from your order date. However, our large frame sizes of 36x54 and 40x60 will be shipped via a Freight Service and will take additional time. If you have any questions or need an order rushed, please reach out to us at support@sealightprintshop.com with your request and we would be happy to accommodate and provide you with a rushed order quote.

Do you have any shipping restrictions for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or International?

Yes. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship Framed print sizes of 36x54 & 40x60 via FedEx to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Internationally. You can still however order Unframed Prints in these large sizes to these locations and have them framed locally. (We can however do a custom large size order and ship it to Hawaii via our ocean freight carrier, so please contact us for a custom order and more information for 36x54 and 40x60 sizes.)

What are your Shipping Rates?

We offer FREE FedEx SHIPPING to the US (48 Contiguous States), Hawaii, Alaska & Canada on all of our products. The only restriction is 36x54 and 40x60 are unable to be shipped via FedEx to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada and not eligible for this free shipping offer. Due to the fragile nature of our products, each of our lovely products are packaged and shipped individually to ensure its safe delivery to you. Please note we can not ship to PO BOXES at this time, and you must enter your physical address at checkout. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all sizes of our prints (not framed) internationally at this time and you can order them directly through our site and get them framed locally. Due to carrier restrictions, we can not ship 24x36, 36x54 and 40x60 framed print sizes at this time Internationally, however we can ship 8x10, 11x14, and 16x24 framed print sizes to our international clients at this time. If you do not see your country listed in the chart below, please email us for a custom shipping quote at support@sealightprintshop.com with your desired product and size you would like to order. 

A shipping fee as laid out below, will apply per product at checkout, as each product will be shipped individually to ensure itʻs safe delivery to you.

What is your shipping method?

All of our products (except our greetings cards) will ship via FedEx to your physical address. Greeting card sets will ship via US Postal priority mail. Large framed print sizes of 36x54 and 40x60 will ship via a freight forwarder to your physical address. Sorry, but we do not ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

What are your cut off order dates for Christmas Delivery?

Excited you are giving the gift of Aloha for Christmas to that someone special. Be sure to submit your order by 12/8 to receive your framed print before Christmas with our standard FedEx free shipping. Order by 12/12 for rushed shipping available at an additional fee. Reach out with any questions and your needs to support@sealightprintshop.com and we will do our best to accommodate your rushed order needs. 

What is your return policy?

All prints and frames are made for you, therefore all orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept exchanges if your frame was damaged upon arrival. Our shipping carrier requires a damaged order to be reported within 7 days of receipt, so please be sure to take photos and keep the print (as this may be needed to process your claim) and email us within this timeframe at support@sealightprintshop.com

Will my order arrive ready to hang?

Yes! All frames include mounting hardware and instructions for easy hanging.

What are the sizes of your prints, mats and frames?

Can I purchase a high-res image and print it on my own?

As passionate artist, we put the highest value on the quality and representation of our work. Therefore we do not license our images for others to print.

Can I use one of your images on my instagram, website, blog, card or other use?

We are humbled by this request, but we hold all rights to the usage of our images and they are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any images on our site are protected under copyright and can NOT be used in any way without written consent of Sea Light Studios.

How do I clean my framed print?

Clean your frame by using a small amount of mild soap and warm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Dry by blotting gently with a lint-free cloth. DO NOT use a household cleaner like Windex or any abrasive material.

Can I make requests for specific photos Iʻd like to purchase?

Yes, we’d be delighted. Please reach out to us at aloha@sealightprintshop.com and share your vision and we’d be happy to discuss this further.

This is a gift, do you include the price anywhere in the box?

Not to worry, none of our products include a price or invoice within any of our shipments.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, if you are a Hawaiʻi resident, you will be charged sales tax per your county at checkout.
