We ship within the United States only, including Hawai'i, Alaska, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Your Aloha Post ships once a month, on or around the 15th. This is a fixed monthly cadence — every member's shipment goes out at the same time.

If you join after the 15th in any given month, your first shipment will go out on the 15th of the following month.

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. Delivery to the continental U.S. typically falls on the shorter end; more remote areas may take a bit longer.

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We ship to the address provided — we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Need to update your address? Email us before the 10th of the month and we'll update it before your shipment goes out: aloha@sealightprintshop.com.

We pack every order with care. If your Aloha Post arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a credit.

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in USPS's control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. That said, if your package seems stuck or significantly delayed, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping a membership as a gift? Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. All shipping terms and timelines apply the same way. A note: we don't currently include a gift message card in the shipment, so you may want to give your recipient a heads-up that something special is on its way.
